SMS Terms and Conditions

OwnersRest operates Greencheck, an OwnersRest project that provides customer interview, communication, and customer-care capabilities.

These SMS Terms apply to text messages sent by OwnersRest through Greencheck.

Greencheck SMS Program

Customers may optionally choose to communicate with OwnersRest through Greencheck by SMS.

Greencheck SMS messages may include:

• Interview questions
• Follow-up questions
• Customer-care responses
• Continuation of an incomplete interview
• Interview completion confirmations
• Other messages directly related to the customer's inquiry or interaction with Greencheck

Greencheck SMS messaging is intended for customer-care communications and is not used for unsolicited marketing messages.

Consent

Customers receive Greencheck SMS messages only after providing affirmative consent.

During a Greencheck telephone interaction, a customer may be offered the option to continue an interview or customer-care interaction by SMS.

Before any SMS message is sent, Greencheck provides an SMS consent disclosure and requires the customer to affirmatively press 1 or verbally say yes.

If the customer declines, does not respond, or does not press 1, no SMS messages are sent.

Simply calling Greencheck, providing a telephone number, or participating in a voice interview does not constitute consent to receive SMS messages.

Consent to SMS messaging is not required to purchase, receive, or use OwnersRest or Greencheck services.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies depending on the customer's interaction with Greencheck and the number of questions or customer-care communications associated with that interaction.

Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply according to your wireless carrier and mobile plan.

Opting Out

You may stop receiving Greencheck SMS messages at any time by replying with any of the following supported opt-out keywords:

• CANCEL
• QUIT
• STOP
• OPTOUT
• UNSUBSCRIBE
• STOPALL
• REVOKE
• END

After opting out, you will receive a confirmation message and will no longer receive Greencheck SMS messages unless you opt in again.

Opting Back In

If you previously opted out and wish to receive Greencheck SMS messages again, reply START.

Carrier Disclaimer

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy

OwnersRest does not sell or share mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in information, or SMS consent information with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.
