Greencheck SMS Messaging

Greencheck is a project operated by OwnersRest.

Greencheck provides customer interview, communication, and customer-care capabilities across voice and SMS.

SMS messaging through Greencheck is optional and is used only for customer-care interactions related to a customer's interview, inquiry, or existing interaction with Greencheck.

How SMS Consent Works

A customer participating in a Greencheck voice interaction may be offered the option to continue the interview or customer-care interaction by text message.

Before any SMS message is sent, the Greencheck voice agent provides the customer with the following disclosure:

"Greencheck is an OwnersRest project. We can continue this interview by text. By pressing 1 or saying yes, you agree to receive text messages from OwnersRest through Greencheck about this interview or customer-care request. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Consent is not required to receive service. Privacy Policy: https://www.ownersrest.com/privacy. SMS Terms: https://www.ownersrest.com/sms-terms."

The customer must then affirmatively:

• Press 1, or
• Verbally say yes

Only after affirmative consent is received and recorded does Greencheck send the first SMS message.

If the customer declines, does not respond, or does not press 1, Greencheck does not send SMS messages.

Simply calling Greencheck, providing a telephone number, participating in an interview, or speaking with the Greencheck voice system does not constitute consent to receive SMS messages.

Typical Consent Flow

1. The customer is participating in a Greencheck voice call.
2. Greencheck offers the option to continue or complete the interaction by SMS.
3. Greencheck provides the SMS consent disclosure.
4. The customer affirmatively presses 1 or verbally says yes.
5. Greencheck records the customer's affirmative consent.
6. Greencheck sends the first SMS message.

If affirmative consent is not received, the process stops and no SMS message is sent.

Types of Messages

Greencheck SMS messages may include:

• Interview questions
• Follow-up questions
• Customer-care responses
• Continuation of an incomplete interview
• Interview completion confirmations
• Other communications directly related to the customer's Greencheck interaction

Greencheck does not use this SMS program to send unsolicited marketing or promotional messages.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies depending on the customer's interaction with Greencheck.

For example, a customer completing an interview by SMS may receive several messages containing individual interview questions and follow-up questions.

Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply according to your wireless carrier and mobile plan.

Opt Out

Customers may opt out of Greencheck SMS messaging at any time by replying with any of the following:

• CANCEL
• QUIT
• STOP
• OPTOUT
• UNSUBSCRIBE
• STOPALL
• REVOKE
• END

After opting out, no additional Greencheck SMS messages will be sent unless the customer affirmatively opts in again.

Opt Back In

Customers who previously opted out may reply START to resume SMS messaging.
