This Privacy Policy applies to OwnersRest and its projects and services, including Greencheck.

OwnersRest may collect information that you provide directly to us, including:
- Name
- Email address
- Telephone number
- Customer inquiries
- Interview responses
- Communications with OwnersRest or Greencheck
- Other information you voluntarily provide
We may also collect technical and operational information necessary to provide, secure, and improve our services.
How We Use Information
OwnersRest may use information to:
- Provide and operate OwnersRest services and projects, including Greencheck
- Conduct customer interviews
- Respond to customer inquiries
- Continue customer interactions across voice and SMS when requested by the customer

SMS Messaging
OwnersRest may send SMS messages through Greencheck when a customer affirmatively chooses to receive them.
Greencheck SMS messages may include:
- Customer interview questions
- Follow-up questions
- Customer-care responses
- Continuation of an incomplete interview
- Interview completion confirmations
- Other communications directly related to the customer's inquiry or Greencheck interaction
SMS messaging is optional.
Consent to receive SMS messages is not required to purchase, receive, or use OwnersRest or Greencheck services.
Before Greencheck initiates SMS communication, the customer must provide affirmative consent.
For telephone-based consent, Greencheck provides the SMS disclosure and requires the customer to press 1 or verbally say yes before any SMS message is sent.
Simply calling Greencheck, providing a telephone number, or participating in a voice interview does not constitute consent to receive SMS messages.
Message frequency varies based on the customer's interaction with Greencheck.
Message and data rates may apply.
Customers may opt out at any time by replying STOP or another supported opt-out keyword, including CANCEL, QUIT, OPTOUT, UNSUBSCRIBE, STOPALL, REVOKE, or END.
Customers may reply HELP for assistance.
Customers who previously opted out may reply START to opt back in.
Mobile Information and SMS Consent
OwnersRest does not sell or share mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in information, or SMS consent information with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.
OwnersRest may use service providers, including telecommunications, hosting, software, and technology providers, as necessary to operate Greencheck and provide communications on behalf of OwnersRest.
Such service providers may process information only as necessary to provide those services.
Data Security
OwnersRest takes reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect information from unauthorized access, use, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.
